I replaced all 4 tire sensors with mx series. The TS404 reads and reports the sensor information properly. I held down the reset button under the steering wheel column to reset the tpms indicator, but the fault indication did not go away. I tried different ways to reset the indicator, but did not work. Please advise what else I have to do to get rid of the fault indicator.

Before you unfairly blame the product as being faulty, did you successfully program the old tire ID's to the Autel MX sensors before installing them or doing it deflated at zero tire pressure and then dispose of the old TPMS sensors afterwards, and not driving around with the old sensors still inside vehicle  or left anywhere near the vehicle in your garage?
